The salad is one of the most ancient food plates, the Romans, ancient Greeks and Persians ate mixed greens with dressing, the type of mixed salad. Ingredients
- 4 fresh pears
- 2 tablespoons date syrup
- 2 tablespoon old style mustard
- 250 ml organic olive oil
- 250 ml regular oil
- 25ml balsamic vinegar
Instruction
- Finely chop the pears,
- Using the blender mix together the fruits, date syrup, balsamic vinegar and the mustard
- keep slowly adding the blended oil (one half of organic and regular oil) to the mixture
- Adjust the seasoning
